Who we are

ONOG Marinetech provides technical service and support for marine bridge and navigation electronics, based in the Istanbul Pendik / Tuzla shipyard region, attending vessels worldwide.

What data we collect

Service request details — when you contact us or (once live) submit the Request Service form, we collect the information you provide: name, company, email, phone, vessel name, current port or position, ETA, equipment brand/model, fault description, and any files you choose to attach.
Messages you send us — the content of emails or messages you send to service@onogmarine.com.
Technical data — standard server logs kept by our hosting provider (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operation.
Local browser storage — the site stores a small technical flag in your browser so the intro animation only plays once per session. This is not used to identify or track you and is not shared.

Why we use it / legal basis

We use service request and message data solely to respond to you and to provide the technical services you ask for (performance of a contract or our legitimate interest in answering enquiries). Technical data is used to operate and secure the website.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. The site uses only essential technical browser storage as described above. If we add website analytics in the future, we will use a privacy-friendly option and update this notice.
